The intern will gain significant knowledge in the logistics industry and gain real-world business experience and skills that will prepare them for their future career. This role will provide support through experiential learning. This role will assist in the development of professional drivers by supporting the creation, coordination, and evaluation of training programs.
· Utilize Vyond, Articulate and other software to produce video-based course curriculum for professional drivers.
· Shadow experienced professionals to gain insights into the industry and company operations.
· Assist in the preparation and reporting of key metrics to stakeholders.
· Collaborate cross functionally with other department to achieve mutual goals.
· Supports interactions with professional drivers of the phone and through other communication channels.
· Assists in gathering feedback from training sessions and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
· Ensure curriculum aligns with all regulatory requirements and company policies and best practices.
· Obtain an understanding of learning and development software and how their use is integral to the operation.

Pay Range: $13.57-$18.55
