The purpose of this position is to be an entry level position that is accountable for driver and fleet hours of service. The Hours of Service Coordinator is responsible for running multiple reports, coaching drivers, teaching safety related classes, and striving to help our drivers be the safest fleet on the roadway. Along with daily tasks, this position requires someone who is open minded and looking to learn and help innovate and improve the safety processes to help benefit the drivers in their daily tasks. Above all, this job is to ensure our fleet remains in compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Regulations for Highway Safety.
The Load Planner determines the best plans based on driver and customer needs while pushing for the best possible utilization on tractors and trailers within their assigned area. Load Planners will also effectively communicate freight needs and create capacity when freight imbalances occur.

The Equipment Specialist will assist in driving the utilization of enterprise trailers. This person will communicate to the enterprise operations groups regarding equipment needs and status of outstanding equipment. This person will also be responsible for reporting out on the status of current lease and trade trailer initiatives and communicating with enterprise operations group as to the location of these trailers. Equipment Specialist will manage and drive non-reporting equipment, ensuring plans are in place to repair faulty equipment.
The Drop Lot Coordinator is responsible for managing movement of all yard and shuttle drivers, keeping up with dock moves as assigned by Mars, managing trailer pulls from Fisher Road Plant, Landair Warehouse and West Jefferson Warehouse (Empties, Raws and Pack Returns), and keeping computer work current and fill out shift report. The DLC is also responsible for Driver Turnover, Equipment Maintenance (PM Services, Inspections), and Safety (Safety Training, Accident Reports, Random Drug).
The Accounts Payable Specialist works closely with vendors/departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. This position will also be responsible for working open items including payment discrepancies or other inquires.
